  • Bring water to boil.
  • Add ginger, cardamom, tea and simmer for a minute.
  • Add milk, sugar and boil till desired colour is obtained.
  • Cover and leave for a minute.
  • Strain into cups while piping hot.
  • Serve hot with sweet biscuits, pastries, or even doughnuts.
