Ingredients

  • 24 -bread slices (cut in roundels)
  • 2 tbsp -chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup -maida
  • 1 tsp -salt
  • 1 cup- Milk
  • 2 - Onions
  • 2 - Carrots big
  • 2-capsicum big
  • 100 g -French beans
  • 100 g -cabbage
  • 4 -green chillies
  • 3-4 flakes -garlic
  • 1.25 piece- Ginger
  • 1 tbsp- soya sauce
  • 1 cup-oil

How to Make Simple Golden Coins

  • Apply chilli sauce to each bread roundel and keep aside.
  • Cut vegetables in chinese style and shallow fry in oil.
  • Make a batter.
  • Grind together ginger, garlic and green chillies. Mix this paste with fried vegetables and soya sauce.
  • Put this mixture on each bread roundel cover with batter.
  • While deep frying put the batter side down.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
