  • For this fritters:
  • 10 - baby Corns
  • 3 tsp - maida/ All purpose flour
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • A pinch of colouring powder and Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp - ginger- Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Simple Golden fried baby corns:

    1. Chop the baby corns. In a bowl , mix the flours, with ginger- garlic paste, colouring powder, chilli powder and salt.
    2. Add little water and make the batter little thick.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Dip the chopped baby corn in the batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
    5. Golden fried baby corn fritters are ready to serve.
