Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Green onions - 4 bunch, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes - 3 finely chopped
  • Green chillies - 3 to 4, finely chopped
  • Red onion - 1
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander - 1/4 of bunch
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder according to taste
  • Ingredients to marinade:
  • Soya sauce - 4 tsp
  • Vinegar - 3 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt

How to Make Simple Green Chicken

  • Marinade chicken for 2 hrs.
  • In a pan, heat oil and add thinly sliced onions.
  • When onions becomes brown, add chicken and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Fry chicken until all juice dries out.
  • Add green onions, tomatoes, green chillies, salt and red chilli. Cook on medium heat.
  • You can put the lid, but keep looking at the chicken.
  • When you see that chicken is done and onions, tomatoes are well mixed, add coriander. Cook for more 5-7 min.
  • Serve with chapati.
