Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Green Onions - 4 bunch, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes - 3 finely chopped
  • Green chillies - 3 to 4, finely chopped
  • Red Onion - 1
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander - 1/4 of bunch
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli powder according to taste
  • Ingredients to marinade:
  • Soya sauce - 4 tsp
  • Vinegar - 3 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • How to Make Simple Green Chicken:

    1. Marinade chicken for 2 hrs.
    2. In a pan, heat oil and add thinly sliced onions.
    3. When onions becomes brown, add chicken and ginger-garlic paste.
    4. Fry chicken until all juice dries out.
    5. Add green onions, tomatoes, green chillies, salt and red chilli. Cook on medium heat.
    6. You can put the lid, but keep looking at the chicken.
    7. When you see that chicken is done and onions, tomatoes are well mixed, add coriander. Cook for more 5-7 min.
    8. Serve with chapati.
