  • 8 - idlis
  • Oil - to deep fry
  • Leftover sambar
  • How to Make Simple Idli Fry:

    1. Quarter the idlis.
    2. Deep fry them till golden brown.
    3. In a pan, pour the sambhar.
    4. Put the fried idlis in it.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves
