Ingredients

  • Raw green Mango - 2
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Methi seeds - 1/4 tbsp
  • Haldi - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • For seasoning:
  • Oil
  • Hing
  • Mustard
  • How to Make Simple Mango Pickle:

    1. Wash mangoes and dry it completely. No trace of water should be there.
    2. Cut them into approximately 1 inch pieces.
    3. Warm mustard seeds and methi seeds little (don't fry them), so that it is easy to powder them.
    4. Add salt, haldi and mustard methi powder to cut mangoes.
    5. Heat oil and put mustard seeds and hing.
    6. When it cools add to the above mango mixture.
    7. Keep it in a dry bottle for 1 to 2 days.
