  • Raw green mango - 2
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Methi seeds - 1/4 tbsp
  • Haldi - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • For seasoning:
  • Oil
  • Hing
  • Mustard

How to Make Simple Mango Pickle

  • Wash mangoes and dry it completely. No trace of water should be there.
  • Cut them into approximately 1 inch pieces.
  • Warm mustard seeds and methi seeds little (don't fry them), so that it is easy to powder them.
  • Add salt, haldi and mustard methi powder to cut mangoes.
  • Heat oil and put mustard seeds and hing.
  • When it cools add to the above mango mixture.
  • Keep it in a dry bottle for 1 to 2 days.
