  • 3 mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup milk, scalded
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp mango essence

How to Make Simple Mango Pudding

  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Mix in eggs and sugar, beat well.
  • Mix in condensed milk. Add mangoes.
  • Gradually, add milk.
  • Mix in nutmeg powder and mango essence.
  • Pour in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes.
