Ingredients

  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 1/2 can - condensed Milk
  • 1/4 kg - Sugar -
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 2 - Cardamom
  • 100 g or as per wish - roasted and powdered cashews
  • How to Make Simple milk khoa:

    1. Mix the whole milk and the condensed milk and boil in a thick bottomed vessel.
    2. Keep boiling it until milk reduces to half its volume.
    3. Add sugar and powdered cashews and keep stirring.
    4. When the mixture becomes thick, add ghee.
    5. Continue stirring until the mixture leaves the side of the vessel.
    6. Add the cardamom powder.
    7. Pour the mixture into a greased plate and cut it into pieces.
