  • 1 litre - Milk
  • 1/2 can - condensed Milk
  • 1/4 kg - Sugar -
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 2 - Cardamom
  • 100 g or as per wish - roasted and powdered cashews

How to Make Simple milk khoa

  • Mix the whole milk and the condensed milk and boil in a thick bottomed vessel.
  • Keep boiling it until milk reduces to half its volume.
  • Add sugar and powdered cashews and keep stirring.
  • When the mixture becomes thick, add ghee.
  • Continue stirring until the mixture leaves the side of the vessel.
  • Add the cardamom powder.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased plate and cut it into pieces.
