How to Make Simple Mirchi Bajji

  • First slit the chillies in the centre so that you can stuff the mixture.
  • Grind ajwain, til, tamarind-size of 1/2 a lemon and salt, without water.
  • For Batter:
  • Mix besan and rice flour with water and salt and add a pinch of cooking soda to this.
  • Now stuff chilli with the powder and dip it in the batter and fry it till golden brown.
  • Again cut the chillies in centre and stuff chopped onions and squeeze lemon on it and sprinkle a little coriander.
