Ingredients

  • Carrots - 2
  • Potato -2
  • Onion - 2
  • Green peas - few
  • Cauliflower -1/2 flower
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Tomatoes - 5
  • Coconut - 2 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Cream/Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Cilantro - to garnish
  • How to Make Simple Mixed Vegetable Korma:

    1. Cut all the vegetables in the desired shape.
    2. In a wok, add oil. Add mustard seeds. When they start spluttering, add ginger-garlic paste and all the cut vegetables.
    3. Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, coconut and garam masala.
    4. Add little water and let the vegetables cook.
    5. Once they are cooked, add cream/curd and remove it from the fire.
    6. Garnish with cilantro.
