  • 1 kg - Maida
  • 3 tsp- salt
  • 2 tsp - til
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Simple Muruku

  • Mix maida and salt in a dry vessel and cook it in a pressure cooker without using the weight for 15-20 mins.
  • After it cools, add til seeds and sufficient water and mix it.
  • Put the mix into a cone and press it directly in to hot oil in circles and fry till golden brown.
