Ingredients

  • 250g - mushrooms
  • 50g - green peas
  • 1 - onion
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 8 slices - sandwich bread
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Simple Mushroom Sandwich

  • Chop onions and mushrooms. Boil green peas.
  • Add oil in a kadai and add the onions and saute for a minute.
  • Then add mushrooms, green peas and cook for some time.
  • Now add salt, garam masala, chilli powder and stir till cooked. Keep aside.
  • Toast the bread slices. Spread the filling on the bread slices.
  • Toast it in a sandwich maker.
