Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups - all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - butter
  • 1/2 cup - packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup - white sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 1.5 - flaked coconut

How to Make Simple n Easy Cookies

  • Preheat oven 350 deg f (175 deg c).
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt, set aside.
  • In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, white sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla until it is light and fluffy.
  • Gradually blend in the flour mixture.
  • Then mix the coconut.
  • Drop tspfuls on to an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Cookies should be 3 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 mins until lightly toasted.
  • Cool on wire racks.
