  • 2 cups - basmati Rice or any other Rice
  • 2 - Bay Leaves
  • few whole spices
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • How to Make Simple n Easy Ghee rice:

    1. Heat the ghee in a pan or rice cooker and fry bay leaves, and spices for some time.
    2. Add washed rice and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
    3. Now add salt and 4 cups of water and cook till the rice is done.
    4. Serve with any spicy curry.
