Ingredients

  • Potato - 1/4 kg
  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • Refined oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • Channa dal - 2 tbsp

How to Make Simple n Easy Potato Fry

  • Cut the potatoes into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add some mustard seeds.
  • Once they splutter, add channa dal and fry till light brown. Add chilli powder.
  • Add potatoes and stir.
  • When the potatoes are half- cooked, add salt and cook till crisp.
