Ingredients

  • 200 g - Paneer
  • 200 g - Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Fried Cuminutes - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Cream
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • How to Make Simple n Easy Shahi paneer:

    1. Cut the paneer and add a pinch of salt and lemon to it.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-chilli paste to it. After 2 seconds, add tomato puree to it.
    3. Take a bowl and mix coriander powder, fried cumin, red chilli powder and salt
    4. Add the mixture to the puree.
    5. Add tomato sauce, after 5-6 minutes, add the paneer.
    6. When done, serve after garnishing with coriander and cream.
