How to Make

  • Cut the paneer and add a pinch of salt and lemon to it.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-chilli paste to it. After 2 seconds, add tomato puree to it.
  • Take a bowl and mix coriander powder, fried cumin, red chilli powder and salt
  • Add the mixture to the puree.
  • Add tomato sauce, after 5-6 minutes, add the paneer.
  • When done, serve after garnishing with coriander and cream.
