Ingredients

  • 1 - whole packet mushroom.
  • 1 - full size green pepper.
  • To taste - pepper powder.
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce.
  • 2 - medium onions, finely chopped.
  • To taste - salt.

How to Make Simple pepper Mushroom

  • Take 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped onions.
  • Saute till it turns brown.
  • Then add pepper powder, salt and fry for 2 to 4 seconds.
  • Add the washed mushroom (cut in small pieces).
  • Stir all the above for 1 minute and add soya sauce.
  • Stir well, for a few seconds.
  • Last of all, add the chopped pieces of green pepper and stir well.
  • Close the lid for a 3 mins.
  • This recipe is complete and it can be eaten along with chapatti or rice.
