  • 1 whole chunk - pork
  • 3 large - peeled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 tsp - pepper
  • salt

How to Make Simple pork roast

  • Wash the chunk of pork and make deep cuts on it.
  • Rub it well all over with salt, pepper and vinegar.
  • Place it in a big pan or pressure cooker and fry it for some time till it is slightly brown in colour across all sides.
  • Add potatoes, sufficient water and cook till the meat is tender.
  • Continue roasting till the meat is brown in colour and the potatoes are roasted well.
  • Serve it with bread.
