Ingredients

  • 2 kg - Pork 6.
  • 3 tbsp - ghee.
  • 1/2 kg - button onions.
  • 1 cup - vinegar.
  • salt| Grind together:
  • 6 - red Goa chillies.
  • 6 - red ordinary chillies.
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste.
  • 2 tbsp - Jeera.
  • 2 tbsp - Gur.

How to Make Simple Pork Vindaloo

  • Grind the above masala with vinegar, not water. Soak the chillies in 1/2 cup vinegar for 2 hours. Grind all spices including chillies in vinegar.
  • Add pork and mix well.
  • Heat ghee. Add the pork with masala and cook for 15 mins.
  • Add the button onions. Allow to simmer till tender.
  • Before removing from the stove, add the gur. Serve hot.
