Ingredients

  • 2 - Medium sized, boiled potatoes.
  • 1 - Onion.
  • 1/2 tsp - peppercorns (crushed).
  • 1 tsp- Mustard.
  • 1 tsp- Urad dal.
  • 1 tsp - Sambar powder.
  • 1 sprig - Curry leaves.
  • Salt.
  • oil.
  • How to Make Simple Potato pepper fry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
    2. Then add the urad dal, curry leaves and crushed pepper, and saute them for 1 min.
    3. Add the chopped onions to it and saute until pink.
    4. Now add the potatoes along with salt and sambhar powder.
    5. Stir well and let it cook on medium flame for 10 mins.
    6. Remove and serve hot.
