Ingredients

  • 2 - Medium sized, boiled potatoes.
  • 1 - Onion.
  • 1/2 tsp - peppercorns (crushed).
  • 1 tsp- Mustard.
  • 1 tsp- Urad dal.
  • 1 tsp - Sambar powder.
  • 1 sprig - Curry leaves.
  • Salt.
  • oil.

How to Make Simple Potato pepper fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Then add the urad dal, curry leaves and crushed pepper, and saute them for 1 min.
  • Add the chopped onions to it and saute until pink.
  • Now add the potatoes along with salt and sambhar powder.
  • Stir well and let it cook on medium flame for 10 mins.
  • Remove and serve hot.
