  • 1 lb - Wheat flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Simple Puri

  • Mix two spoons of oil and salt (to taste) with wheat flour and then add water and make a good dough.
  • Make a small roll. Heat a frying pan in medium heat with oil for frying.
  • When oil is hot fry the rolls.
  • Serve the puris with curry or bhaja.
