Ingredients

  • ½ cup - condensed Milk
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 2 bread slices
  • a few Saffron strands
  • ½ tsp - elaichi powder

How to Make Simple Rabdi

  • Discard the crust from the bread slices.
  • Grind these slices in a processor and prepare fresh breadcrumbs.
  • Boil the milk in a pan.
  • Add breadcrumbs, condensed milk and sugar.
  • Simmer on high flame.
  • Stir continuously for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the fire.
  • Add saffron and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • Keep it in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Rabri is ready to serve.
