Ingredients

  • 1 - white radish, long
  • 1 cup - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 1tsp - Methi powder
  • 1tsp - mustard powder
  • 1tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp - Methi seeds
  • 3 - Garlic Cloves or 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 - dry Red Chillies 2
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • asafoetida(hing)
  • salt
  • 2 cups - oil
  • ½ cup - Lemon juice
  • How to Make Simple Radish Dish:

    1. Cut radish into small squares keep it aside in big bowl.
    2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, methi seeds, dry chillies.
    3. When seeds starts to splutter, add curry leaves.
    4. When the curry leaves starts to splutter, add crushed garlic cloves or ginger garlic paste turmeric powder, asafoetida.
    5. When the garlic cloves start to get red, turn the stove off.
    6. After 10-15 seconds add jeera, methi, chilli powder.
    7. Mix well and pour it into the radish bowl.
    8. Add salt and lemon juice.
    9. You can eat it with hot rice, dosa, roti.
