How to Make Simple Raw Banana Kofta Curry

  • Mix all the kofta ingredients, make lemon sized balls, deep fry and keep aside.
  • In a kadai, fry 2 to 3 tbsp of oil.
  • Add 1 tsp of cumin and chopped onion and fry until onion turns pink.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and fry for a little while.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and 5 cloves.
  • Then add cinnamon stick, almonds/cashew nuts and a little grated coconut.
  • Add salt and fry until tomatoes become soft.
  • Cool the mixture and grind it with some coriander leaves.
  • Boil the mixture with the required amount of water to get curry consistency.
  • Check salt.
  • Add a little sugar for taste.
  • While serving, add fried koftas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
