How to Make Simple Raw Mango Chutney

  • Cut the mango into 1 inch pieces.
  • Grind peanuts to powder in a mixer.
  • Add the raw mango pieces, chillies, salt and some water.
  • Grind into a paste.
  • Heat oil in a bowl. Add mustard, jeera, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • When they start spluttering, add turmeric and the ground mango chilli paste.
  • Mix well and turn off the heat.
  • This goes well with rice, dosa, idli, rotis, bread.
