How to Make

  • Add the methi in rice. Wash and cook the rice in double quantity of water. When done, mash it until it becomes soft.
  • Add some amount of water to flour and knead it, till smooth and elastic.
  • Mix it to the rice and add all the above ingredients.
  • Make a little ball and deep fry in oil until it becomes golden brown.
  • Serve hot with pickle or tomato ketchup.
