Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 2 cup - Water
  • 1/2 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp- Fenugreek seed
  • 1 tbsp - Ajwain
  • 1 tbsp - Sesame seed
  • 1 tsp -Jeera
  • 5 to 6 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 cup - Curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • How to Make Simple Rice Pakora:

    1. Add the methi in rice. Wash and cook the rice in double quantity of water. When done, mash it until it becomes soft.
    2. Add some amount of water to flour and knead it, till smooth and elastic.
    3. Mix it to the rice and add all the above ingredients.
    4. Make a little ball and deep fry in oil until it becomes golden brown.
    5. Serve hot with pickle or tomato ketchup.
