  • 8 to 10 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 3/4th cup - boiled peas
  • 1 cup - boiled potatoes, chopped
  • 1 small boiled carrot, chopped
  • 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • a little cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 tin pineapple slices
  • 4 tbsp - cream (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Simple Russian Salad

  • Mix all the vegetables together and add pineapple pieces too. Fold them into mayonnaise.
  • Add salt and pepper and mix them well. Mix in cream last of all.
  • Then lay the mixed salad in a rice dish or any flat dish.
  • Garnish it with slices tomatoes, cucumber and pineapple pieces.
