Ingredients

  • 1 - cucumber, chopped finely
  • 1 - tomato, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup - roasted and crushed Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup - Pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - black salt
  • 1/4 tsp - Lemon juice
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Simply Salad

  • In a bowl, mix cucumber, tomatoes, peanuts, pomegranate and green chillies.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over it.
  • Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • Add salt and black salt. Stir.
  • Serve with curd.
