  • 5 - Potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp - Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Amchur/dry Mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander powder
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • How to Make Sindhi aloo:

    1. Heat oil, add cubed potatoes, sprinkle the salt and fry for few minutes.
    2. Cover and cook those cubed potatoes in slow flame until they gets cooked.
    3. Remove the excess of oil from the pan.
    4. Sprinkle the spices, cover and cook again until the potatoes get well coated with the spice powders.
    5. Serve immediately.
