How to Make Sindhi Okra Potato Curry

  • In a pan heat a little oil and saute the garlic and onion.
  • Simmer until translucent.
  • Now add the chopped potatoes and cook till a little tender.
  • Add okra and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  • Now add salt and spices. Mix well.
  • Cook for 5 minutes till all spices are mixed with okra and potatoes.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot with chapatti.
