Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sooji (rava)
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 1/2 tsp - Saunf
  • 1 - ripe Banana (mashed)
  • elaichi powder, a little bit
  • oil to fry

How to Make Singal

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil.
  • Put it into a plastic bag with a hole and squeeze it, making round shapes like jalebis, into hot oil.
  • Fry till brown. Remove and drain.
