Ingredients

  • 1 cup - long grain Rice
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic chopped,
  • 3 tbsp - Olive or sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 cup - Leek or Spring onions
  • 1/2 cup - bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
  • 1/4 cup - Carrots coarsely shredded
  • 1 - green chillies, slit
  • 1/2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp - peri peri sauce
  • 2 tbsp - light soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli Garlic sauce
  • How to Make Singapore vegetable fried rice:

    1. Heat oil in a wok on a high flame, add garlic and saute.
    2. Add the leeks, chilli and carrots, toss for 2 mins
    3. Add capsicums, sprinkle some salt and continue frying till they are half done.
    4. Add the rice evenly
    5. Mix all the sauces and pour on the rice evenly.
    6. Cook till done.
    7. Add pepper powder and toss on a high flame for 2 mins
    8. Serve hot.
