Ingredients

  • 1 cup - long grain Rice
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic chopped,
  • 3 tbsp - Olive or sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 cup - Leek or Spring onions
  • 1/2 cup - bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
  • 1/4 cup - Carrots coarsely shredded
  • 1 - green chillies, slit
  • 1/2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp - peri peri sauce
  • 2 tbsp - light soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli Garlic sauce

How to Make Singapore vegetable fried rice

  • Heat oil in a wok on a high flame, add garlic and saute.
  • Add the leeks, chilli and carrots, toss for 2 mins
  • Add capsicums, sprinkle some salt and continue frying till they are half done.
  • Add the rice evenly
  • Mix all the sauces and pour on the rice evenly.
  • Cook till done.
  • Add pepper powder and toss on a high flame for 2 mins
  • Serve hot.
