  • 1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
  • 1 cup Milk (previously boiled)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • How to Make Six Cups:

    1. Place a heavy-bottom pan on a stove top.
    2. First, put ghee in it. After a minute, add milk and sugar.
    3. Wait for one more minute and put besan and coconut powder.
    4. Keep stirring the mixture on a medium flame until you get a thick consistency like you would for a mithai.
    5. Put off the fire and immediately pour the mixture into a greased plate (greased with a spoon of ghee).
    6. Cut them to squarish or diamond shapes. Let them cool.
    7. Garnish with dry fruits (optional). Your seven cups dish is ready.
