Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup - beans, cut into juliennes
  • 1/2 cup - onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup - bean sprouts, boiled
  • 1 tbsp- Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp- chillies in Vinegar or chilli Garlic water
  • 1 tsp- Ginger water
  • 1 tsp- soya sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp- Butter

How to Make Sizzled Veggies and Spaghetti

  • Mix all vegetables and spaghetti, except onions.
  • Heat butter on a large sizzler tray or griddle (pavbhaji tawa).
  • Add onions and stir fry till tender.
  • Add mixed spaghetti and veggies. Stir fry 3-4 minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve sizzling hot, with boiled rice or warm buttered bread or rolls.
