Ingredients

  • 400 gms - baby potatoes, washed, scrubbed, boiled
  • 1/2 cup - plain curd
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1.5 ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 stalk curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Powder together:
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 cardamoms
  • 1 stick cinnamon

How to Make Sizzling Potatoes

  • Grind together green chillies and ginger to a paste.
  • Mix together potatoes, curd, pepper, salt, ground paste.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  • Allow to splutter.
  • Add potato mixture and saute till oil separates.
  • Remove from flame, mix in the powdered ingredients and serve immediately.
