How to Make Sizzling Spinach Dosa

  • Combine all the ingredients In a mixing bowl and form a thin batter.
  • Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  • Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter to form a dosa.
  • Add a spoon of oil on the sides to make it crisp.
  • Cook on both the sides.
  • Repeat the process for the other dosas as well.
  • Serve hot with onion chutney or sambhar.
