  • 2 cups - Shredded Spinach
  • 2 tbsp - Grated Bottle Gourd or white pumpkin
  • 1 tsp - Fresh Cream (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 small blob - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 2 cups - Chicken stock.
  • How to Make Sizzling Spinach Soup:

    1. Wash the spinach well and put it in a large vessel.
    2. Add 1/4 tsp salt and add the gourd to it.
    3. Cover with a lid and boil on high until soft.
    4. Take off the fire and put it in a colander.
    5. Pour some cold water over it.
    6. Now blend it in a mixie until smooth.
    7. Take a deep pan and add water.
    8. Add all the blended ingredients except the cream to it.
    9. Let it boil.
    10. Beat the cream for the garnishing.
    11. Serve with warm garlic rolls or soup sticks.
