Ingredients

  • 1 Cup- Sprouted Moong
  • 1- small finely chopped Onion
  • 1- small Tomato rings
  • 1/2- medium sized boiled Potato mashed
  • 1 tsp- Rock Salt
  • 1 tsp- Lemon juice
  • 1- Green chilly chopped
  • 1 tsp- dry Mango powder
  • Coriander for garnishing

How to Make Sizzling Sprouted Moong

  • Mix sprouted moong, chopped onion, potato with lime juice and chilly flakes. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Add salt, dry mango powder to the mixture just before consuming the chaat.
  • Top it with coriander, tomato slices and serve.
  • This is a good side dish for lunch or dinner. Also a good munch for kids.
