Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - sprouted moong
  • 1/4 cup - sprouted channa
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, chopped.
  • few mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp - vinegar white
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - ground sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seed powder

How to Make Sizzling Sprouted Moong Salad

  • Wash and drain the sprouts.
  • Add onion, tomatoes and rest of the seasoning.
  • Mix well, add mint and mix lightly.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Chill and serve.
