  • 100 g - Bhindi
  • 1/2 tsp - All masala (Chaat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Amchur Masala, Jeera Powder, Dhania Powder)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - to mix the Masala.

How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Bhindi

  • Mix all the masala and salt with the oil.
  • Slit the bhindi in half, lengthwise and stuff the mixture into it.
  • Microwave till it becomes crispy.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
