  • 6 - small Brinjals
  • 4 - Red Chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 1 tbsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Jeera seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Dhania seeds
  • 1 - medium Onion
  • To taste - salt
  • To fry - oil
  • How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Brinjal:

    1. Fry red chillies, channa dal, urad dal, jeera and dhania seeds in a little oil, and keep aside.
    2. Cut the onions into large pieces.
    3. Grind all the above ingredients with salt.
    4. Cut the brinjals at one end, as four strips, for stuffing.
    5. Stuff the paste into brinjal.
    6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, and fry the stuffed brinjal.
    7. Serve with white rice.
