Ingredients

  • 6 - small brinjals
  • 4 - red chillies
  • 1 tbsp - channa dal
  • 1 tbsp - urad dal
  • 1 tsp - jeera seeds
  • 1 tbsp - dhania seeds
  • 1 - medium onion
  • To taste - salt
  • To fry - oil

How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Brinjal

  • Fry red chillies, channa dal, urad dal, jeera and dhania seeds in a little oil, and keep aside.
  • Cut the onions into large pieces.
  • Grind all the above ingredients with salt.
  • Cut the brinjals at one end, as four strips, for stuffing.
  • Stuff the paste into brinjal.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan, and fry the stuffed brinjal.
  • Serve with white rice.
