Ingredients

  • 2-3 - green Capsicum or bell pepper
  • 2-3 - medium sized tomatoes.
  • 2 - medium sized Onions
  • 3-4 flakes - Garlic
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - chutney dal or fried gram
  • 1 inch length Cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 - Cloves
  • 1 tbsp - Saunf or aniseeds
  • 1 tbsp - dhaniya/coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp - Coconut
  • How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Capsicum:

    1. Grind everything except capsicum.
    2. First fry finely cut onions and then add masala.
    3. Fry for sometime. Finally, add cut capsicums and fry for some more time.
    4. You must fry the capsicums first separately and then add to the masala.
    5. Serve hot with rice.
