Ingredients

  • 6 - big green chillies
  • 15 pods - garlic
  • little Besan
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Chillies

  • Grind garlic pods with little salt. Mix the garlic paste with little besan. Now this becomes a paste.
  • Slit chillies, remove seeds and then stuff with the garlic-besan mixture. Stuff all chillies in the same way.
  • Take oil in a kadai and heat it. Put all the chillies in the kadai and simmer. Cover with a lid.
  • If there's any excess garlic besan mix, add it on top of the chillies.
  • Allow all this to cook, and add salt if you want.
  • Garnish with coriander.
