  • 6 - big Green chillies
  • 15 pods - Garlic
  • little Besan
  • Salt, to taste
  • How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Chillies:

    1. Grind garlic pods with little salt. Mix the garlic paste with little besan. Now this becomes a paste.
    2. Slit chillies, remove seeds and then stuff with the garlic-besan mixture. Stuff all chillies in the same way.
    3. Take oil in a kadai and heat it. Put all the chillies in the kadai and simmer. Cover with a lid.
    4. If there's any excess garlic besan mix, add it on top of the chillies.
    5. Allow all this to cook, and add salt if you want.
    6. Garnish with coriander.
