  • 10 pieces - button mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp - pizza seasoning (or any Italian seasoning)
  • 3 to 4 slices - cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - butter
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to Make Sizzling Stuffed mushrooms

  • Gently wipe the mushrooms with a wet cloth to remove the dust.
  • Now break the stem and scrape the inside of the mushroom to form a hollow space for the filling.
  • Chop the stem and the scraped part.
  • Take a pan and add oil. Now add the chopped onion and garlic paste.
  • When the onion is a little brown in colour, add the chopped mushroom stem.
  • Fry for sometime, add salt, seasoning and pepper.
  • Then add the cheese slice and mix it till it melts and combines with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Meanwhile, oil your palms and rub it on the outside of the mushrooms.
  • Take a spoonful of the mixture and put it in the hollow space inside the mushroom.
  • Arrange all these in a baking tray and put it in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins at 160 degrees.
  • Serve it hot with tea.
