  • 10 pieces - button Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Onion
  • 1/4 tsp - pizza seasoning (or any Italian seasoning)
  • 3 to 4 slices - cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - Butter
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • How to Make Sizzling Stuffed mushrooms:

    1. Gently wipe the mushrooms with a wet cloth to remove the dust.
    2. Now break the stem and scrape the inside of the mushroom to form a hollow space for the filling.
    3. Chop the stem and the scraped part.
    4. Take a pan and add oil. Now add the chopped onion and garlic paste.
    5. When the onion is a little brown in colour, add the chopped mushroom stem.
    6. Fry for sometime, add salt, seasoning and pepper.
    7. Then add the cheese slice and mix it till it melts and combines with the rest of the ingredients.
    8. Meanwhile, oil your palms and rub it on the outside of the mushrooms.
    9. Take a spoonful of the mixture and put it in the hollow space inside the mushroom.
    10. Arrange all these in a baking tray and put it in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins at 160 degrees.
    11. Serve it hot with tea.
