Ingredients

  • 4 - 5 - big potatoes, boiled
  • 1 cup - white sauce
  • For stuffing:
  • 3/4 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/3 cup - Paneer cubes
  • 1/3 cup - boiled spaghetti
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 small capsicum, chopped

How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Potatoes

  • For filling:
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and butter. Fry onion and capsicum.
  • Cook till semi-transparent.
  • Add tomato puree along with other ingredients except paneer.
  • Saute well and then add paneer.
  • To serve:
  • Peel and cut potatoes. Scoop the centres, stuff the filling and cover with white sauce.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for 20 mins.
  • White sauce: Heat 1 tbsp butter. Fry 1 tbsp maida. Fry till light brown.
  • Add 1 cup of milk. Keep stirring constantly till thick.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
