  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • ΒΌ cup - chopped Celery
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp - Refined flour
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • Spice bag (take a pinch each of thyme, parsley, pepper corn, Bay Leaf and Basil together and tie in a muslin cloth)
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • How to Make Sizzling Vegetable Soup:

    1. Chop carrots, onion and celery.
    2. Cook in stalk till tender adding the spice bag. Add tomato puree.
    3. Remove the spice bag. Cool and puree.
    4. Separately prepare white sauce with butter, refined flour and milk and add it to the puree.
    5. Add salt to taste. Re heat and serve with some pepper.
