  • 2 - apples
  • 1/2 - Pear
  • 1/2 - Orange
  • 1/2 - medium sized Capsicum
  • 4 - Carrots
  • 2 sticks - Celery
  • 1/4 - Cucumber
  • few Raisins
  • How to Make Slimmer Salad (Low Cal food):

    1. Chop the fruits and coarsely grate the vegetables.
    2. Mix in a bowl and place in the fridge.
    3. Serve cold.
