Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Chilli powder 4 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1, finely chopped
  • Oil 1 tbsp

How to Make Slow cooked chicken

  • Marinate the chicken with a paste made of chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and salt for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
  • Add chicken to this and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken becomes tender.
  • Open the lid and cook on high flame till it turns dark.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
