Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Paneer
  • 1/2 kg - Onion
  • 250g - Onion
  • 1/2 kg - Tomatoes
  • 250 g - Capsicums
  • 10 g - coriander (whole)
  • 10 g - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • How to Make Slow Cooked Kadai Paneer:

    1. Chop tomatoes and onions and keep aside.
    2. Cut capsicums into large rings.
    3. Heat oil in a kadai and add onions.
    4. Saute the onions till they turn deep brown.
    5. Then add cumin seeds, coriander, ginger-garlic paste and the remaining spices.
    6. Add tomatoes, capsicum and cook till they are done.
    7. When the oil floats to the top, add 1 inch x 1 inch pieces of paneer.
    8. Remove from fire and serve hot.
