  • 6 to 8 medium sized mutton chops
  • 1 cup curd (beaten)
  • 10 cloves garlic (crushed finely)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Cuminutes seed powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice

How to Make Smart Chops

  • Clean and wash the mutton chops. Pat dry.
  • In a bowl combine the curds, powdered spices, garlic, lemon juice and salt together and mix very well.
  • Marinate the chops in this mixture for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan, dip each chop into the beaten eggs so as to coat it completely and deep-fry in the hot oil till golden brown on all sides.
  • Serve piping hot.
